This position must be based out of São Paulo, Brazil. This is a hybrid job requiring onsite presence a minimum of two days a week with work-from-home privileges for the remaining days of the week.

Salary Range

R212,000 - R$238,000 BRL (depending on experience) per year

The Role

Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) (BT) is seeking a LATAM Regional Site Manager (RSM) to oversee people leadership, operations, and service delivery for our high profile tech client in Latin America, as well as supporting US operations.

The LATAM Regional Site Manager for this account reports to our Site Director.

The role of the LATAM Regional Site Manager requires a skilled people leader with operational expertise, who acts as the liaison between Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) (BT), service providers, the client’s Global Health & Performance Management team, supervisors, and associated vendor partners. This role also ensures 100% legal compliance, provider quality, and seamless service delivery across Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and Argentina.

The RSM is the main point of contact for provider support regarding site policy, service expectations, scheduling, daily operations, and provider professional development.

The RSM champions and leads change with ease and positivity in an ever shifting and dynamic environment. This includes regular communication with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) leadership and onsite providers; the RSM moves through operational challenges with confidence; tracking metrics, and analyzing business, including the expansion and growth of the account by meeting and exceeding metrics such as utilization, customer service satisfaction, and hours budgets.

The RSM is first and foremost a people leader and skilled operations professional, who can balance people development with daily, high volume site management. Hospitality, customer service, and/or service delivery experience is highly valued.

The role of the LATAM Regional Site Manager is full time, requires specific working hours, and multiple weekly onsite visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Vet and manage a network of 10-20 independent massage contractors across five countries using the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) and Remote.com platforms.

  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure every therapist holds the required national technical diplomas (e.g., MEC in Brazil, SENA in Colombia) and up-to-date liability insurance.

  • On-Site Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of the São Paulo client location to ensure sanitation and service standards match U.S. HQ requirements. There may also be visits to the other offices in the region under management and as directed.

  • Financial Reporting: Audit and approve monthly digital invoices (Notas Fiscais/Facturas) from contractors to ensure tax compliance.

  • Stakeholder Relations: Act as the face of the program for our client’s local Workplace Services and HR teams.

  • US Client Operations Support: 60-70% of your time will initially be spent working with the local operations as LATAM client scales. Virtual support of the US operations will be a large percentage of your working hours once the LATAM programs have launched.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Languages:
    Native Brazilian Portuguese, Fluent English (Required), Working Spanish (Required).

  • Experience:
    3 - 5 years in people leadership, retail management, people operations.

  • Legal Knowledge:
    Familiarity with LATAM labor norms and the distinction between "Independent Contractor" and "Employee" status to mitigate legal risk.

  • Experience as an individual contributor and team-player.

  • Experience in hospitality and/or wellness is a plus

  • BA/BS level of education or equivalent (Bacharelado)

  • Has led teams of 20 or more individuals.

  • Experienced in operational protocols/project management.

  • Reliable high speed internet connection is a must and will be validated before hiring.

  • Proficient with Google Business tools and EOR management.

  • Bonus points for a passion for wellness and/or fitness.

  • Experience working successfully in a hybrid or remote environment.
