WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

Agile Delivery

• Join a Scrum team and drive features to production.
• Engage in planning, demos, and support cycles.
• Mentor peers and lead by example in Agile ceremonies.

Engineering Excellence

• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications.
• Prioritize user experience, code quality, and performance.
• Adapt to both front-end and back-end demands depending on sprint.

Continuous Learning

• Share knowledge in lunch & learns.
• Stay on top of new tools and trends.
• Champion team-wide upskilling and innovation.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE THAT MATTER

• Strong experience with full stack development.
• Strong with Node.js, React, TypeScript, SQL, Next.js.
• Experienced in Sequelize, Git, CI/CD, Cloud (AWS preferred).
• Bonus: experience with Flutter or mobile development.
• Comfortable with production support and stakeholder presentations.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
