We are looking for a Lean Specialist to lead the evolution of the continuous improvement system in our industrial plant. This role plays a strategic part in operational transformation, directly impacting productivity, quality, cost, and delivery, while also driving the development of a Lean culture on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and cost reduction
- Drive line balancing, capacity definition, and process optimization
- Implement and sustain Lean tools such as VSM, Kaizen, 5S, and Standard Work
- Plan and lead Kaizen events, ensuring execution, engagement, and tangible results
- Identify and eliminate waste, promoting continuous flow and process stability
- Lead continuous improvement projects with direct impact on operational results
- Develop and deliver Lean tools training for shop floor teams and leadership
- Act as a change agent, strengthening a culture of continuous improvement and structured problem-solving (PDCA / A3)
- Structure and monitor operational KPIs, ensuring execution discipline and sustainability of improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in a shop floor environment
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean certification (Green Belt / Black Belt)
- Experience working with Chinese companies
- Knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies (Industry 4.0)
- Experience in large companies or multinational environments
