Join us as a Learning & Assessment Consultant (also known in the industry as ELT Representatives) and help shape the future of education in Brazil. In this impactful sales role, you'll build strong relationships, drive growth, and bring trusted Cambridge learning and assessment solutions to institutions across the region.

About the role
Field based in your designated area (Curitiba), the Learning & Assessment Consultant (ELT Representative) will need to stay ahead of market conditions and trends to deliver sales promotion campaigns and plans that will deliver multi-year market revenue and contribution growth.
- Financial: Responsible for managing personal expenditure in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with expenditure policies.
- Sales:
- Deliver, and handle sales promotion campaigns.
- Construct a pipeline of Opportunities (Learning & Assessment) in Salesforce and actively move these opportunities to closure.
- Plan use of time and resources, prioritise accounts, and continuously and rigorously research both customers and market to inform activity and ensure highest returns.
- Provide support for all customers by facilitating post-sales adoptions, liaising with Cambridge departments.
- Field face to face customer visiting.
- Marketing: Work in collaboration with the Brazil Marketing Manager & Area Sales Manager to ensure sales teams and Marketing are aligned to meet targets.
- Channel: Responsible for commercial relationships in the territory.
- Compliance: Embody Cambridge University Press and Assessment values and ethics to ensure that all ethics and compliance policies are enforced. To foster ethical behaviours within the market and ensure that any issues are reported as promptly and fully to global compliance colleagues.
- Reporting duties: Report detailing sales activities, competitor activity, product feedback and market trends, Opportunity pipeline and top Opportunities.
About You
You will be educated to degree level in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) and bring proven experience in delivering successful business development and sales plans within publishing or assessment. You'll have a strong understanding of the local education market, with knowledge of Cambridge and competitor Learning and Assessment products being a valuable advantage.
With B1‑level English (or above) and B2‑level proficiency in the local language, you'll combine strong commercial awareness, financial literacy, and strategic thinking with the highest standards of ethical behaviour. As a results‑driven professional with excellent presentation skills, you lead by example and approach your work with professionalism and integrity.
