Learning Experience Manager at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)

In this role, you'll lead the LearningX team to foster strategic impact, upholding high-quality, value-driven learning solutions across the company and its diverse stakeholders. This role is about more than training—it's about driving strategic value through high-performing teams, data-driven insights, and stakeholder engagement. We're looking for a servant leader who empowers others, manages complex projects, optimizes processes, and builds strong partnerships across the company. What You'll Do:

  • Raise the bar for the entire team in impact, quality, and learning products, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Develop the area by consistently building networks and sponsors, while proactively identifying opportunities for new high-impact, strategic projects.
  • Conduct data analysis, create reports, and drive planning initiatives.
  • Plan individual tasks and objectives to balance workloads while simultaneously managing the development of each team member.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • 4-5+ years of experience as a Manager.
  • Experience with data management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of learning frameworks.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with KPIs and OKRs.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

  • IT industry experience.
  • Experience leading remote teams.
  • 2+ years of onboarding experience.
  • Experience with online learning.
  • Experience delivering online training sessions.
  • Experience with AI educational tools.
