We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our Legal Department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in corporate legal matters while working closely with experienced professionals in a multinational environment. ABS Legal Interns will work under the supervision of a designated Legal advisor, assisting with legal reviews, research, and day‑to‑day legal activities related to ABS business operations in Brazil and Latin America.
What You Will Do:
- The primary function of a Legal Intern is to develop skills and knowledge of ABS legal and corporate support functions, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with the review and organization of contracts, NDAs, and legal documents.
- Supporting legal research on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.
- Interacting with internal departments to gather information and support legal processes.
- Supporting the Legal team with administrative and compliance‑related tasks.
What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law at an accredited university (from the 5 th semester).
- Must be a full‑time student and eligible for an internship under Brazilian law.
- Must be available to work 6 hours per day.
- Intermediate to advanced English.ip.
