Develop, maintain, lead and measure Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)' product and service deliverables to satisfy the specific needs of a Customer Account(s). Continually seek opportunities for service enhancement and improved tactical management. Increase our share of customer business on an annual basis.
SCOPE OF POSITION
To create a unique Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) customer experience through total ownership of and accountability to:
- Understand global customers' profile, needs and expectations.
- Retain existing business and continuous pursuit of global business development.
- Create a strategic and mutually beneficial relationship for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) with the customer worldwide

Qualificações
- University or equivalent business qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) or industry experience (freight forwarding)
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to perform and meet KPI requirements
- Proven problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Charismatic with an ability to connect
- Proficient in Portuguese and English language
- Knowledge in Microsoft Power BI is desirable
- Valid Driver License is desirable
