ROLE OVERVIEW
- We are looking for a Senior Loyalty Business Development Manager to drive strategic loyalty partnerships and commercial growth across the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) ecosystem. This role will act as the regional and functional owner for key loyalty relationships, ensuring strong alignment between loyalty partners, internal stakeholders, and long-term business objectives.
- The ideal candidate has deep experience in loyalty programs design and management within the payments and fintech space, understands complex loyalty flow architectures, loyalty billing, financial models and commercial partnership structures, and can confidently represent Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) in senior-level discussions with loyalty partners, merchants, and platform integrators. While the role focuses on business development, it also requires a strong hands-on understanding of the operational, technical, and financial implications behind loyalty program models — from points economy design to end-to-end implementation on a Payment solution.
Key Responsabilities
- Identifying, structuring, prioritising and closing loyalty partnership agreements that integrate seamlessly with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) payment infrastructure
- Owning the full loyalty project lifecycle — from commercial negotiation and flow design through to go-live implementation and post-launch optimization
- Designing and advising on loyalty flow mechanics, including points issuance, redemption triggers, points exchange, and currency exchange models within the checkout experience
- Acting as the primary commercial liaison between loyalty partners, product teams, and technical implementation squads to ensure partnerships are delivered on time and at scale
- Developing and maintaining a pipeline of gaming-relevant loyalty program opportunities across regional loyalty programs in key geographies
- Translating partner requirements into actionable product and integration briefs, working closely with product and engineering teams
- Monitoring loyalty program performance post-launch, identifying growth levers, and leading commercial renegotiations where applicable
- Representing Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) at industry events, partner summits, and executive-level meetings as the subject matter expert on loyalty within Pay Station
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer loyalty programs and fintech
- Proven experience managing senior-level relationships across regional markets.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex, multi-country agreements.
- Solid understanding customer loyalty programs mechanics, billing cycles, financial and business models, fintech
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with egional or global platforms - loyalty, fintech, gaming
- Familiarity with payment ecosystems
- Exposure to complex partnership or operational models involving multiple jurisdictions
- Experience acting as a regional lead or informal manager across countries
