Your impact

Supervise the product development engineering SA for Application Equipment according to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) procedures.

Your experience and qualifications

• Plan and manage the budget process (Opex, Labor & Capex) to AED department in Canoas site.
• Execute the project development plan according to business strategy focused in product functionality improvement, cost reduction and reduction of Time To Fix for the current product pipeline.
• Lead and support the team on problem solving to assure resolution of field and plant related issues.
• Perform project risk analysis to create a development validation plan aiming to release reliable and durable products according to engineering best practices and procedures.
• Lead local and global meetings focused in AED related tasks, design reviews and apply the global change design process in SA.
• Apply SCRUM methodology to plan the protoshop activities and control the sprint execution according to projects strategy;
• Complete bachelor degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineer, Project Management post-graduation will be considered a plus,
• Consolidated knowledge and experience with agricultural machinery, manufacturing processes, product engineering lifecycle;
• Intermediary to advanced English is mandatory (must have conversation skills).
