As a Marketing Analyst you will support brand strategy execution, trade marketing initiatives, partnerships, sponsorships, and e-commerce media planning for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) in Brazil. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global and local teams.

What you'll do

Brand:

  • Act as the guardian of brand strategy, ensuring proper application and adaptation of brand communication in alignment with Global Marketing.

  • Lead the implementation of brand strategy and social content guidelines for monobrand resellers across Brazil (consumer and commercial).

  • Manage content performance, define KPIs, and develop analytical dashboards to monitor results, providing regular reports to Brazil and Global teams.

  • Co-develop media and communication plans for the launch of new Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) monobrand resellers (consumer and commercial).

  • Map and monitor competitor communication and brand activities.

Partnerships & Sponsorships:

  • Manage key partnerships, sponsorships, and major brand events such as WEC—one of the world’s leading motorsport competitions.

  • Coordinate collaborations with automotive OEMs, including BMW, Iveco, Porsche, and Stellantis.

  • Manage partnership with Onçafari.

  • Identify, prospect, and evaluate opportunities for events and strategic partnerships.

E-commerce:

  • Own the media strategy for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Brazil’s e-commerce channels, aligned with global and commercial teams.

  • Develop activation calendars focused on sell-out initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze performance results and KPIs.

  • Manage and update B2B e-commerce platforms, including product images, descriptions, and content quality.

  • Create activation calendars and communication plans with B2B customers.

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking for e-commerce activities.

  • Track ongoing performance and provide actionable insights.

Trade Marketing:

  • Support trade marketing activities in collaboration with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • Assist in the development of activation calendars focused on sell-out initiatives.

  • Provide day-to-day support to the trade marketing team and cross-functional partners.

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, Marketing, or Advertising.
