Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with the marketing team and with the CEO
• To follow or to create the new marketing plans for our courses, both online and in-person.
• To collaborate with our blog A Dica do Dia.
• Translate and be responsible for all company materials in German.
• Be responsible for the SEO and content translations of all German contents at rioandlearn.com
• To manage our SEM for the German Speaking Market or English Speaking Market.
• Answer to our customers’ queries.
• Carry out analyses, studies and research related to our clients .
• Use and improve our Digital CRM system with all information from former, current and potential customers.
• Manage the company’s multiple data sets using AI tools.
• Gain insights and implement actions from enterprise data and AI.
• Identify and analyze competitors.

Qualifications:

• Be German native speaker.
• Essential to possess extensive knowledge about using AI.
• Extensive knowledge about content marketing
• Extensive grasp of SEO (SemRush and AI tools)
• Extensive grasp of SEM (Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin Ads, TikTok…)
• Extensive grasp of social media (WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Pinterest, Linkedin, Reddit and Twitch).
• Knowledge of online customer service, and use of online sales communication tools and channels with the customer.
• Digital marketing experience in e-commerce, including campaigns, promotions and actions on a website.
• Verifiable working knowledge of customer database and CRM. In other words, familiarity with customer relationship management and content management system software.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Experience with research methods using data analysis software and with SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Solid computer skills, including Google tools, web analytics, Google Adwords, Meta.
