Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Lead to own the marketing strategy and execution for the Rest of World (ROW) region (EMEA & APAC). This is a senior, cross-functional role for someone who has operated across multiple B2C marketing disciplines, Paid Media and SEO, and knows how to prioritize, sequence, and coordinate them as a coherent strategy, rather than as isolated channels.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior marketing leader to build the foundations of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)' international growth strategy, shaping how Marketing, Product and Technology work together to unlock scalable growth across EMEA and APAC.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Strategy & Coordination
- Build the marketing foundations required to improve localisation, conversion and commercial efficiency, preparing the region to scale growth across EMEA and APAC;
- Own the regional marketing performance, balancing growth, contribution, conversion and return on investment across the different stages of market maturity;
- Act as the main point of coordination between ROW Marketing and central/global teams (Marketing & Growth, Product and Technology), ensuring business priorities are translated into clear execution plans;
- Translate commercial priorities (e.g. contribution margin, conversion, localisation and market maturity) into a sequenced, cross-channel marketing roadmap;
- Influence Product and Technology priorities by clearly articulating the marketing initiatives required to unlock conversion, improve customer experience and enable sustainable regional growth;
- Partner with the Managing Director, EMEA & APAC as a strategic marketing counterpart, bringing senior B2C expertise to support regional decision-making, capability building and long-term growth planning.
Channel Leadership
- Directly manage the Senior Paid Media Analyst, ensuring media investment stays aligned with overall defined Marketing Strategy;
- Guide and coordinate the SEO/Organic function (indirect oversight), building the discipline from an early stage: roadmap, prioritization, and technical requirements;
- Act as the primary liaison with Tech and Product to prioritize the technical fixes and improvements to improve conversion and optimize paid media focus;
- Coordinate with central Branding/Communications and CRM teams to ensure regional campaigns and lifecycle communications reflect ROW market needs.
Regional & Market Expertise
- Bring hands-on knowledge of B2C marketing dynamics across multiple European markets — audience behavior, competitive landscape, localization needs, and seasonality;
- Identify where a pan-European approach can be standardized versus where market-level customization is required;
- Support market prioritization and resource allocation decisions across the ROW footprint.
What we expect from you (experience, soft and hard skills):
- Fluent English and Spanish required;
- 7+ years of B2C marketing experience, with a track record spanning at least two of the following: Paid Media, SEO;
- Prior experience managing or closely coordinating multiple marketing disciplines/teams, not solely executing a single channel;
- Demonstrated experience marketing to consumers across multiple European countries (not just a single domestic market);
- Comfortable operating with real technical fluency in SEO and web/app performance, able to prioritize and negotiate a technical roadmap directly with Tech and Product teams;
- Experience in travel, tourism, or another high-frequency, price-sensitive e-commerce category (fintech, marketplaces, delivery, insurtech) is a strong plus, but not a requirement;
- Strong strategic and prioritization skills: able to sequence initiatives across channels that are in very different stages of maturity;
- Confident, credible stakeholder manager able to represent Marketing's needs to Tech and Product and hold ground on priorities;
- Natural team leader and coach, comfortable both managing direct reports and informally upskilling non-marketing stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making, comfortable with performance, conversion, and contribution-margin metrics (not only top-line growth).
What can make a difference:
- Fluent Portuguese;
- Knowledge in CRM, Branding and Communications.
