We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with data-driven decision-making—someone ready to take ownership, test new ideas, and scale campaigns in a growing tech-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads)
- Manage and grow email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and segmentation strategies
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms
- Lead content strategy across email, web, and social channels
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to improve conversion rates
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI across campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and lead generation
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience with SEO, paid ads (Google Ads / Meta Ads), and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
