Developing and implementing overall marketing strategies and plans.
Conducting market research and analysing market trends.
Identifying target audiences and developing messaging strategies.
Managing brand positioning, reputation and public relations efforts.
Developing and maintaining a strong brand image.
Staying up to date on trends and best practices.
Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
Developing and executing advertising campaigns.
Overseeing email marketing campaigns and content marketing strategies.
Managing promotional events and coordinating related activities.
Developing and managing the marketing budget.
Tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics.
Analysing campaign results and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Leading and managing a team of marketing professionals, including marketing coordinators, specialists, and analysts.
Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
Detailed insider knowledge of the market
7 years of direct B2C marketing experience and working for a fast-paced growth company, preferably international and in a service-oriented sector. Experience in Tourism/Educational sector is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, hospitality industry or a related discipline.
Experience and proven track record in branding and positioning, lead generation, execution of marketing plans, digital marketing, events, email marketing, social channels, team management, budget management,
Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English is mandatory
Business acumen with strong aptitude for negotiations and persuasion.
Must have strong accounting skills, statistics management, and numerical capabilities (number crunching and budget management).
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and possess outstanding organization skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills, so as to be able to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as to drive and motivate others.
