Join Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) as a Mechanic Technician on board an offshore FPSO/FSO unit in Brazil. In this role you will work with the engine room and deck machinery, helping to keep all mechanical systems safe, reliable and running smoothly in offshore conditions.
Criteria:
1. Experience on FPSO
2. Experience as Mechanical Technician / Pipe Fitter / Welder

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily maintenance and repair of engines, pumps, compressors and other mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and support breakdown repairs
- Assist with overhauls of main and auxiliary machinery as per maintenance plans
- Ensure all work is done safely and in line with company and class requirements
- Report equipment status, defects and completed work to supervisors
- Keep tools, spare parts and work areas in good and safe order
Requirements:
- Technical education or trade certificate as mechanic / mechanical technician
- Previous experience with mechanical maintenance, preferably offshore or marine
- Good knowledge of rotating equipment, hydraulics and basic welding practices
- Valid offshore certificates as required for Brazil (e.g. HUET/BOSIET, medical)
- Ability to work safely in a shift/rotation system on board an FPSO/FSO
- Basic English communication skills; team-oriented and hands-on attitude
