Role Summary
As a Finance Business Partner (Mid-Level), you will play a key role in supporting business performance through financial planning, analysis, and insight generation. Reporting into Group FP&A and partnering closely with business leaders, you will help translate financial data into meaningful insights that guide decision‑making and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide data‑driven financial analysis and insights
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), with a strong focus on revenue, costs, and margins
- Prepare and continuously improve budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial projections
- Produce monthly and quarterly management reports, tracking performance versus plan and highlighting key variances
- Deliver clear, structured analysis and commentary on financial results to non‑finance stakeholders
- Support the identification of opportunities to improve business performance and efficiency
- Contribute to process improvements related to financial planning, reporting, and performance management
- Participate in cross‑functional initiatives, such as BI tools, dashboards, and process enhancement projects
- Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting requests
- Act as a go‑to finance point of contact for day‑to‑day business queries
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Around 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles
- Hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Basic financial modeling knowledge
- Understanding of cash flow and working capital management
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
- Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting
- Postgraduate studies (e.g., MBA) are a plus
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
