Join Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) as Motorman / Oiler on an LNG tanker trading in Brazil. Work with an experienced crew, support safe vessel operations, and grow your seagoing career in a professional and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out engine room watchkeeping duties as directed by the Engineer on watch
- Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning of main engine and auxiliary machinery
- Assist with bunkering operations and monitoring fuel and lube oil systems
- Support repairs and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and pollution prevention measures
- Keep engine room spaces clean, tidy, and ready for inspection at all times
Requirements
- Valid Motorman / Oiler (Engine Rating) CoC and STCW certificates as required
- Previous experience as Motorman / Oiler, preferably on tankers; LNG experience is an advantage
- Valid tanker and basic safety training certificates
- Good English communication skills
- Medically fit for sea service with valid seafarer medical certificate
- Right to sail under the relevant flag and availability to join in Brazil
