We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:
- Instrumentation Technician / Mechanic
2-hour rotating shifts (day and night: 5:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. / 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.)
Position Summary
A technician skilled in industrial instrumentation and mechanical systems to cover instrumentation + valves + equipment + mechanical installation.
- Install and calibrate:
- Sensors and transmitters
- Control valves, actuators, and positioners
- Perform mechanical work:
- Equipment mounting and alignment
- Seal, gasket, and fitting replacement
- Repair of pumps, valves, and piping
- Field support:
- Brackets, tubing, impulse lines
- Mechanical supports for instruments
- Troubleshooting:
- Process-related faults + mechanical faults
- Read and interpret:
- P&IDs
- Basic mechanical drawings
- Instrument and valve datasheets.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Instrumentation or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology industries.
- Available to work extended hours, possibility of weekends and holidays.
