Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is looking for a creative, motivated, and growth minded Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, understands social trends, and is excited to work alongside a dynamic med spa brand.
Schedule:
- 4-5 hours per day
- Monday - Friday with weekends off
Pay Rate:
- $200 - $300 dollars per month based on experience and hours
- Full training provided
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts
- Create high quality posts, reels, and stories that align with our brand aesthetic and tone
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation, improve captions, brainstorm ideas, and enhance workflows
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a warm and professional manner
- Track social media performance and provide insight driven recommendations
- Assist with planning, batching, and scheduling content in advance
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Opus, CapCut AI, and similar digital assistants
- Ability to recognize trends quickly and present fresh creative ideas
- Strong communication skills and reliable time management
- A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the brand
