As an On Premise Latam Intern, you will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and generating insights for regional teams. You will also support the development of dashboards, reports, and processes for the On Premise Latam team. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills to identify optimization opportunities, improve processes, and support problem-solving initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor On Premise channel KPIs (volume, execution, budget, and operational routines).
- Generate actionable insights for field teams and leadership.
- Develop and maintain control tools (management dashboards and reports).
- Support the management and continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and managing incidents.
- Support the development of analyses and presentations to aid leadership decision-making.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Communications, Information Systems, or related fields, with an expected graduation date from June 2028 onwards.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Spanish is a plus.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proactive, organized, and highly detail-oriented.
