## Job Overview
This role serves as Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s core on-site representative in Brazil, based at our key client’s site. You will be responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of TBOX products, on-site issue resolution, and local functional validation, while also taking on business development responsibilities to explore new opportunities across Brazil. We are looking for a self-driven, versatile candidate who can ensure the highest standards of client satisfaction, act as the critical bridge between our China headquarters and local stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in the long-term growth and establishment of our local business presence in Brazil.
## Key Responsibilities
1. **On-site Technical Support & Issue Resolution**
- Perform software flashing and version upgrade for TBOX inventory units, ensuring all inventory meets the client’s mass production and delivery standards.
- Rapidly respond to technical emergencies on the client’s production line, conduct on-site issue analysis, capture and organize relevant logs, complete preliminary fault localization, and synchronize real-time updates with the headquarter technical team to drive efficient and full closure of issues, ensuring uninterrupted production line operations.
- Execute basic functional testing and verification of TBOX products locally in Brazil, standardize test result documentation, and timely feedback product adaptation issues and optimization suggestions to the headquarters.
- Maintain full-time on-site presence at the client’s facility, lead cross-party on-site coordination, ensure end-to-end real-time information synchronization and prompt response to client requests, and guarantee efficient implementation of client requirements.
2. **Business Development & Market Insight Mining**
- Deepen and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with core clients, proactively identify incremental demands and new cooperation opportunities beyond existing business, and expand the depth and breadth of client partnerships.
- Continuously monitor, explore, and validate business opportunities and market demands across the Brazilian automotive electronics and related sectors, and deliver regular reports to the China headquarters on market dynamics, business leads, and project progress.
- Support the headquarters in business communication, requirement clarification, and commercial negotiation; within the scope of authorization, drive business discussions, order closing, and the establishment of long-term business partnerships.
3. **Cross-regional Coordination & Operational Compliance Support**
- Strictly abide by ACCU’s management systems and the client’s on-site management rules, ensuring all work complies with local Brazilian laws, regulations, and industry specifications.
- Accept unified work dispatch from ACCU, and travel to other regions within Brazil as required to carry out work, ensuring the smooth progress of cross-regional business.
- Assist the headquarters in operational and compliance-related work for local business in Brazil, supporting the standardized and scaled implementation of our local business operations.
## Qualifications & Requirements
### Mandatory Requirements
1. **Language Proficiency**: Native/fluent proficiency in Portuguese and English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to independently complete full-cycle work including technical docking, business communication, and document processing in both languages.
2. **Professional Competence**: Solid knowledge of automotive TBOX products, with hands-on experience in automotive electronics-related software upgrade, production line issue handling, log capture, and product functional testing; ability to independently handle and feedback basic technical issues at the client site.
3. **Core Competencies**: Agile thinking, exceptional verbal communication and cross-cultural communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and outstanding on-site emergency response capabilities; able to quickly respond to and properly handle unexpected issues at the client site.
4. **Job Adaptability**: Willing to accept long-term on-site work at the client’s facility in Brazil, and accept work location dispatch across Brazil; with a strong sense of responsibility, execution, and information synchronization awareness, able to strictly implement the work requirements and decisions of the headquarters.
### Preferred Qualifications
1. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, or previous working experience in Chinese-funded enterprises, with familiarity with the management and communication model of Chinese enterprises.
2. Proven experience in third-party technical service, and customer-facing experience with leading automotive industry clients, with mature capabilities in customer relationship maintenance and demand mining.
3. Strong knowledge of Brazilian local fiscal and tax regulations, enterprise operation management, compliance and risk control, as well as team management experience.
4. Previous experience in business development, client acquisition, and full-cycle project follow-up, especially with B2B business development experience in the automotive electronics industry.
5. Basic legal knowledge and compliance awareness, with relevant experience in supporting the local operation of overseas enterprises.
