Role Objective
Responsible for performing various operations within the production area according to Class C workstation classifications. This involves operating machinery or equipment and performing various assemblies that require manual dexterity, adherence to sequences, and reading comprehension. May also perform auxiliary production services or related tasks as needed, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor.
Detailed Description
- Monitor product quality visually or dimensionally by consulting tables and recording data in specific forms.
- Execute various operations and assemblies on equipment (Class C) according to work orders or Kanban.
- Identify the need for tool replacement and/or replenishment.
- Handle products and parts in accordance with work instructions.
- Complete safety and autonomous maintenance checklists.
- Perform activities related to continuous improvement (Carrier Excellence).
- Dispose of waste and disposables in accordance with selective collection (recycling) protocols.
- Perform periodic product tracking/traceability.
- Perform machine set-ups (Class C).
- Ensure the order, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment and the workplace (6S Program).
Education:
- Middle School / Primary Education completed.
- Minimum of 2 months as a Multifunctional Operator IV within the company.
- Knowledge of the product, parts, or raw materials and their applications.
- Familiarity with the tools, equipment, and machinery used in daily operations.
