Operations Manager for Digital Marketing Agency

We are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados). As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing our internal processes, managing resources, and driving operational efficiency to support our growing business.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency across all departments.
- Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, budgeting, and project management, to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in operations management and digital marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
- Must have experience working with digital marketing team (SEO, PPC, Web Dev, social media)
- Must have an experience working as an Operations Manager for a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Proven track record of implementing operational strategies and driving process improvements to achieve business objectives.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of growth marketing principles and strategies is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
