Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is looking for an exceptional Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of structure and innovation. This is a special engagement: you will be a proud member of the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) team, but you will work directly as a dedicated contractor at Bellus Labs (https://www.sbellus.com). In this role, you will bring our philosophy of systematic efficiency to an institution renowned for shaping the future of skincare.
Your mission will be to streamline operations, manage complex logistical challenges, and ensure that the teams at Bellus Labs have the seamless support they need to flourish. We are looking for a proactive leader who balances strategic foresight with hands-on problem-solving, acting as the vital link between Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)' standard of excellence and Bellus Labs' projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound client requests and ensure timely, clear responses
- Translate client needs into actionable tasks for contractors
- Assign work, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery
- Review deliverables before sending to clients
- Coordinate onboarding calls with new clients
- Handle and manage shipping paperwork and related documentation
- Coordinate across teams and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required
- HIGHLY ORGANIZED
- Must be highly software-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems
- Experience with project management tools (Monday.com is a strong plus)
- 3–7 years in operations, project management, or client services
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once with high attention to detail
Compensation
- (Negotiable) base salary + Monthly BONUSES
