Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Oracle Technical Leader - Developer / OIC / OCI Cloud to join our team.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Provide end‑to‑end ownership of Oracle OIC integrations in a mission‑critical AMS environment, ensuring stability, continuity, and timely resolution of incidents.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve integration failures, OIC orchestration faults, performance degradation, and cross‑system communication issues.
- Work closely with business and cross‑functional IT teams to ensure minimal downtime and quick recovery during operational disruptions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose long‑term corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and improve monitoring standards, alerts, dashboards, and logs, ensuring proactive detection of failures before they affect operations.
- Support Fusion ERP integrations through troubleshooting of ESS jobs, FBDI processes, OTBI/BI Publisher extracts, and data discrepancies.
- Execute enhancement requests and minor CRs related to OIC integrations, ODI pipelines, and ERP integration touchpoints with minimal disruption.
- Collaborate in quarterly update impact analysis, performing regression tests to validate integration continuity after Oracle SaaS updates.
- Develop and maintain AMS documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, impact assessments, dependency maps, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on‑call rotation, escalation handling, and high‑severity incident management when required.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, naming standards, and best practices in integration lifecycle.
- Experience supporting mission‑critical enterprise integrations, including advanced hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for operational support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and stability improvements.
- Strong expertise in OIC integrations (REST/SOAP orchestrations, File/FTP, DB adapters, ERP Cloud adapters, fault handling, monitoring).
- Solid experience with ODI for batch processing, data pipelines, troubleshooting load failures, performance tuning, and operational maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP data structures, including key business objects, FBDI patterns, ESS jobs, integration touchpoints, and dependency flows across modules.
- Deep technical background with PL/SQL, ERP Cloud reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI), API consumption, and file‑based interfaces.
- Experience in mission‑critical AMS operations, including incident triage, root cause analysis, service continuity, and stability improvements.
- Ability to work with SLA‑driven environments, ensuring quick diagnosis and resolution of integration failures with minimal business impact.
- Knowledge of OIC operational monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and proactive health checks.
- Familiarity with OCI services used in integration landscapes (Object Storage, Vault, Logging, Functions, Networking).
- Understanding of security and compliance in integrations: OAuth2, certificates, key rotation, secrets management, and auditing.
- Strong documentation skills, including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, RCA reports, and AMS playbooks.tation of OIC.
