Job Description:
As a , Outbound Engagement Specialist you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through outbound communication channels. Your role will be crucial in driving business growth by generating high-quality leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to identify potential leads
✅ Qualify prospects and set up appointments for the sales team
✅ Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
✅ Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
✅ Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or sales (minimum 2 years)
✔ Excellent communication and persuasion skills
✔ Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
✔ Strong ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
✔ Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
✔ Experience working with CRMs and lead management tools is a plus
