The Role
We're hiring a driven Outbound SDR to own multi-channel prospecting and fill founders' calendars with qualified sales calls. This is a high-activity role focused on cold outreach to business owners and managers. You'll generate interest, qualify leads, overcome objections, and book 15–30 minute discovery calls for our founders to close retainers.


This is an entry-to-mid level outbound sales position with uncapped earning potential. If you love volume, handle rejection well, and get excited about turning conversations into booked meetings, this is your spot.


Key Responsibilities


  • Run daily outbound campaigns across multiple channels:
    • Cold calling (primary): 50–100 dials/day to business owners/managers.
    • Instagram DMs to targeted business accounts.
    • Cold email sequences (using our existing infrastructure).
    • SMS & WhatsApp follow-ups (compliant and high-response).
  • Research prospects via public business directories, Google profiles, and local listings for personalization.
  • Qualify quickly: Identify pain points, pitch our fixed-fee + guarantee model, and book calls.
  • Handle common objections confidently using provided scripts/templates.
  • Log all activity in Pipedrive CRM and report daily/weekly metrics.
  • Work closely with founders to refine messaging and scale what converts.

Requirements


  • 1–3+ years outbound sales experience (cold calling required; B2B services/agency background a plus).
  • Track record of booking meetings via phone/email/social channels.
  • High-volume comfort (80–120 daily touches across channels).
  • Fluent English (written + spoken) with clear, confident phone voice and professional communication.
  • Resilient, coachable, and competitive—rejection motivates you.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Pipedrive CRM, dialers (Aircall/Kixie), email tools, Instagram, WhatsApp Business.
  • Reliable remote setup (quiet space, strong internet).
  • Huge bonus: Lived or spent significant time in the UK, USA, or Canada (cultural nuance, accent familiarity, time-zone alignment).
  • Bonus: Experience in local B2B, lead-gen, or contractor-facing sales.
