Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and organized Specialist in Partner Marketing and Paid Advertising to join our Consumer team in Brazil. This professional will have a dual-impact role. They will lead Paid Media and Data Analytics initiatives. They will also provide strategic support to the person heading Brazil Marketing in managing Partner Marketing (OEMs/AICs).
What you'll be doing:
  • Paid Media & Performance: Be responsible for the end-to-end execution digital campaigns (Google Ads, META, TikTok). Focus on efficiency, constantly optimization and audiences to enhance return on investment even with lean budgets.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Use platforms such as Adobe Analytics alongside Tableau for monitoring performance. You are encouraged to go beyond reporting: we need deep analysis that identifies trends, detects bottlenecks in the conversion funnel, and crafts new business opportunities.
  • Partner Marketing Support: Support the Brazil Marketing Lead in implementing co-marketing programs with key partners (OEMs and AICs), ensuring brand alignment and campaign sell-through.
  • Creative Agility: Perform quick adaptations in campaign assets when vital to maintain pace and performance without total dependency on external agencies.
What we need to see:
  • BA/BS, MBA or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years proven track record in Digital Marketing, preferably in the technology or gaming industry.
  • Performance Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in ROI-focused campaign management (Search, Display, Paid Social).
  • Budget Management: Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets of various sizes.
  • Language: Proficient English is required. You will report insights to global teams and collaborate with international collaborators.
  • Attitude: Meticulous organization, autonomy to take the lead on data projects, and a "test and learn" mentality.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Sophisticated Toolset: Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Tableau (or similar BI tools) to build dashboards and extract actionable insights.
  • Develop Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for quick creative adjustments and ad optimization.
  • AI Savvy: Proficiency in using Generative AI tools to increase daily efficiency and data analysis.
  • Agency Background: Experience working in fast-paced agency environments is highly valued.
