About the team:
The LATAM News Operations Team is part of Content Operations and partners with news publishers, journalists, creators, and KOLs to drive high-quality content growth and scale on Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados). The team focuses on partner management, education and product adoption, strengthening a trusted and sustainable news ecosystem across the region.
Responsibilities:
Partner Management
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with publishers, creators, and public figures, including direct engagement with major media groups and top accounts.
- Drive account growth by improving content performance, product adoption, and engagement in line with business and product goals.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that position Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) as a key platform for content discovery and audience development.
- Lead targeted onboarding of news high-impact accounts with tailored strategies to expand supply and enhance user experience.
- Enable partners to fully leverage Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) tools, analytics, and best practices to achieve stronger performance and business outcomes.
- Manage partners at scale through structured communication and community management.
- Drive publisher and creator participation in global and domestic programs, ensuring clear communication engagement.
- Track and deliver against key partner management KPIs, accelerating adoption of priority products and solutions.
- Act as the market voice for global partnership and product teams, translating partner needs and industry trends into actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities through continuous feedback from creators and publishers to improve programs and solutions.
- Provide deep understanding of the creator and publisher ecosystem to inform strategy and execution.
- Work closely with XFN teams to align priorities, unlock strategic partnerships, and deliver against regional and global objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Deep, up-to-date expertise in the news industry, including key publishers, market forces, audience behaviors, and emerging trends.
- At least 5 years of experience in journalism or the broader media landscape, with a strong record of success in social media, and/or partnership/relationship management.
- Practical experience working with social media platforms, or a strong understanding of how news organisations, publishers and social platforms collaborate to grow audiences and build sustainable models.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with partners and cross-functional teams around the world.
- Strategic, insights-driven thinker who uses data to make pragmatic, high-impact decisions.
- A balanced collaborator and self-starter: comfortable leading projects end-to-end while thriving within cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated success in partner management, account support, and cultivating long-term, trust-based business relationships.
- Thrives in fast-moving settings; flexible, solutions-oriented, and able to navigate shifting priorities while managing both operational and strategic responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics, audience behaviors, and cultural nuances.
