Parts Specialist

• Receives and checks incoming invoices for purchased parts, checks quantity, description and general conditions of materials and packaging.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse.
• Perform picking, separation, and dispatch of parts according to instructions received by superior.
• Perform other tasks of the same nature and level of complexity associated with the organizational environment.
• Regularly report and provide feedback to Dingli China Headquarters

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices
• Experience working in the machinery or manufacturing industry preferred
• Working knowledge of EWP parts preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent both in written and spoken English
• With import and export work experience and be familiar with Brazilian import and export procedures
• Goal-Oriented
