As part of our regional expansion strategy, we are looking for a Payments Go-to-Market Manager to lead the development of strategic partnerships within the payments ecosystem in Brazil, driving new business opportunities and expanding the reach of our solutions.
Role Mission
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s payment solutions in Brazil, identifying, structuring, and closing partnerships with strategic players in the fintech and payments ecosystem — including acquirers, processors, wallets, and benefit platforms — to expand Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s presence and transaction volume in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect partnership opportunities with key players in the Brazilian payments ecosystem, including acquirers, PSPs, fintechs, wallets, benefit platforms, and payment networks.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to agreement signature and partner onboarding.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of strategic opportunities in the Brazilian market.
- Negotiate commercial terms, integration agreements, and revenue-sharing structures with partners of different sizes and complexity levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Legal, and Finance to enable partnerships and resolve operational blockers.
- Represent Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) at industry events, forums, and meetings within the fintech and payments ecosystem in Brazil.
- Monitor and nurture partnerships after closing to ensure successful execution and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Experience
- Experience in business development, go-to-market strategy, or strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with companies in the fintech, payments, or technology ecosystem.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing partner relationships.
Preferred Knowledge
- Understanding of the digital payments and fintech ecosystem in Brazil.
- Experience working with acquirers, PSPs, wallets, or payment networks.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions such as Pix or other local payment methods.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B technology companies is a plus.
