    Job Purpose:
    Responsible for managing payroll processing activities, aiming to ensure accurate payment to employees within the company's parameters and labor and social security legislation.

    Your tasks:

    • Manage Payroll activities in terms of applying current practices, procedures, and regulations.
    • Implement and oversee automated Payroll and Timekeeping systems.
    • Implement and periodically review norms and procedures established for the department to ensure compliance with company policies and government laws.
    • Monitor and provide guidance on the application of collective agreements, norms, and union recommendations.
    • Monitor and provide guidance on changes in labor and social security legislation.
    • Monitor inspections from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security for verification of company and employee records.
    • Monitor internal and external audits.
    • Prepare managerial reports (KPIs) as required by the department and clients.
    • Assist, guide, understand clients, and their needs.
    • Foster innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Be aware of the different stakeholders and maintain effective communication with all of them to ensure the success of operations and the achievement of organizational goals.
    • Leading teams, making strategic decisions, and ensuring operational effectiveness to achieve organizational goals.

    • High School: Completed
    • Graduation: Completed
    • Post-graduation: In Progress (Desirable)
    • English and Spanish: Completed
