About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented, and results-driven Pedagogical Coordinator to lead the academic area of a language school in Valinhos/SP.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership skills with a passion for education and delivering an outstanding learning experience. You will play a key role in developing teachers, ensuring methodological excellence, and driving continuous improvement in student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the teaching team
- Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and pedagogical meetings
- Ensure consistent application of the school’s teaching methodology
- Monitor academic KPIs and implement improvement actions
- Provide pedagogical support to students and parents
- Organize academic routines, schedules, and internal processes
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and school events
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in pedagogical coordination, preferably in language schools
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Pedagogy, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Ability to lead with both empathy and accountability
