The People Analyst will be responsible for structuring and managing the pillars of Learning, Development, and Employee Experience at Shape Digital, acting strategically to build a culture of continuous growth.

This role requires a strong balance between strategy and execution, ensuring that development initiatives are aligned with business goals and generate real impact on the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Corporate University, ensuring compliance and learning paths aligned with the company’s strategy
  • Design and execute soft skills and behavioral development programs
  • Lead the Leadership Program (design, execution, and performance tracking)
  • Manage the calendar of D&I, Wellbeing, and People-related initiatives
  • Monitor benefits usage and adoption, conducting market analysis
  • Act as the focal point for the São Paulo office (day-to-day and events)
  • Create learning experiences that drive engagement and continuous development

Requirements:

  • Experience in L&D, Training & Development, or related areas
  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
  • Ability to create engaging learning experiences
  • Knowledge of LMS and training management tools
  • Analytical profile to track engagement and performance metrics

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Corporate University initiatives
  • Background in leadership and organizational development programs
  • Experience with D&I and Wellbeing initiatives
  • Familiarity with employee experience and engagement data analysis
