The People Analyst will be responsible for structuring and managing the pillars of Learning, Development, and Employee Experience at Shape Digital, acting strategically to build a culture of continuous growth.
This role requires a strong balance between strategy and execution, ensuring that development initiatives are aligned with business goals and generate real impact on the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Corporate University, ensuring compliance and learning paths aligned with the company’s strategy
- Design and execute soft skills and behavioral development programs
- Lead the Leadership Program (design, execution, and performance tracking)
- Manage the calendar of D&I, Wellbeing, and People-related initiatives
- Monitor benefits usage and adoption, conducting market analysis
- Act as the focal point for the São Paulo office (day-to-day and events)
- Create learning experiences that drive engagement and continuous development
Requirements:
- Experience in L&D, Training & Development, or related areas
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
- Ability to create engaging learning experiences
- Knowledge of LMS and training management tools
- Analytical profile to track engagement and performance metrics
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Corporate University initiatives
- Background in leadership and organizational development programs
- Experience with D&I and Wellbeing initiatives
- Familiarity with employee experience and engagement data analysis
