Overview of the role:

We are looking for a People Analytics Mid Analyst to join our HR team. This role will be essential in transforming people data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of HR processes, driving data-informed initiatives related to talent, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.


What you’ll do:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
  • Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and hiring analytics
  • Analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, performance, and hiring quality
  • Build predictive models and provide recommendations to improve people outcomes
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across HR systems
  • Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within HR

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and experience with data tools (mainly Databricks)
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Understanding of HR processes and metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced English is required for contact with our global team

We require a candidate who has achieved or is capable of the following:

  • Experience with HR systems
  • Experience building predictive models or working with statistical analysis
  • Background in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
