Compensation
Salary range: £55,000 to £80,000 per year (GBP) (depending on experience and seniority)

Recruitment process

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for infrastructure projects
- Manage and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with contractual milestones
- Perform delay analysis and assess schedule impacts
- Prepare reports related to planning, risks, and schedule variations
- Ensure alignment between short-term planning and the contractual programme
- Support tender processes and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate closely with engineering, project, and commercial teams
- Support claims preparation and contract variations
- Conduct site progress inspections and compliance reviews
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Strong experience in:
- Construction planning and control
- Large-scale infrastructure projects
- Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Schedule delay analysis
- Risk management in construction projects
- Resource and budget planning
- Civil engineering project management
- Programme management and strategic planning
- Construction contract management
