Position details

Compensation

Salary range: £55,000 to £80,000 per year (GBP) (depending on experience and seniority)

Recruitment process

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for infrastructure projects
  • Manage and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with contractual milestones
  • Perform delay analysis and assess schedule impacts
  • Prepare reports related to planning, risks, and schedule variations
  • Ensure alignment between short-term planning and the contractual programme
  • Support tender processes and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, project, and commercial teams
  • Support claims preparation and contract variations
  • Conduct site progress inspections and compliance reviews

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Strong experience in:

  • Construction planning and control
  • Large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
  • Schedule delay analysis
  • Risk management in construction projects
  • Resource and budget planning
  • Civil engineering project management
  • Programme management and strategic planning
  • Construction contract management
