Job Summary
The Planner is responsible for the planning and scheduling aspect of all work. Develops job plans and routinely meets with different work groups to resolve scheduling conflicts. Responsible for maintaining the IFS maintenance management system.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare working programs and schedules for each department according to a previously established maintenance program.
- Monitor implementation of Maintenance Plan and keep/maintain records on IFS for all equipment and auxiliaries onboard FPSO and tracking for daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Confers with department supervisors to determine the status of all planning maintenance.
- Assist in CMMS system updates, clean-up and improvement
- Generation and distribution upon require of periodic reports for monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly works
- Assist responsible personnel with IFS routine operations.
- Undertake training relevant to the position requirements.
Qualifications
- Essential
- At least 3 years maintenance planning experience for all equipment on board FPSO (Mechanical, Electrical and instruments) or at least 2 years’ experience on the offshore installations or seagoing service as a second engineer.
- Standard of competence according to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Competence Assurance Matrix.
- Desirable
- An engineering degree from an accredited university is desirable
Skills & Experiences

- Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Very good English written and spoken
