Your role
- Monitor, update, and analyze the overall service schedule in Primavera P6.
- Prepare bi-weekly Incident Reports and consolidate information for the project's Monthly Report.
- Create and present monthly presentations for schedule meetings and review meetings.
- Update, enhance, and monitor dashboards in Power BI, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Automate tasks and processes using Power Query and Python, primarily applied to Excel spreadsheets.
- To work in conjunction with various areas of the project to collect, validate, and consolidate information.
What we expect from you
- Engineering degree.
- Experience in project planning and schedule control.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, and advanced Excel; knowledge of SAP, Python, and Power Query will be a plus.
- Analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills in management meetings.
- Proactive, with a sense of prioritization and ease in working with multiple areas.
- English: Advanced/Fluent
