PLM Automation Engineer

Location: Nis

What are your main tasks?

  • We're looking for an Automation Engineer to join our Engineering Solutions team and help us scale the way we deliver customer-facing solutions. In this role, you'll design and build intelligent automation workflows - including AI Agent pipelines - that reduce manual effort, accelerate delivery, and improve the quality and consistency of our solutions. You'll work at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer impact.
  • Design, build, and maintain AI Agent workflows and multi-step automation pipelines that support and enhance customer-facing engineering solutions.
  • Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes across the Engineering Solutions team and replace them with robust automated systems.
  • Integrate AI/LLM capabilities (e.g. Claude, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar) into internal tools and customer workflows.
  • Build and maintain integrations between internal systems, third-party platforms, and customer environments using APIs, webhooks, and orchestration tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Process Managers, and Key Users to understand pain points and translate them into automation opportunities.
  • Document workflows, architectures, and runbooks to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor, debug, and continuously improve deployed automations and agent systems.

What are your qualifications?

  • 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or a related technical role.
  • Hands-on experience building workflow automations using tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, Temporal, or Airflow.
  • Experience working with LLMs and AI Agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar).
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language - Python strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integration patterns.
  • Ability to work independently, break down ambiguous problems, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

    Nice to Have
  • Experience in a customer-facing or professional services engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of vector databases, RAG pipelines, or prompt engineering.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Exposure to no-code/low-code platforms and when to use them vs. custom code.

And most importantly, what can you expect from us?

The well-being of our employees is our top priority. That's why we offer you, in addition to an attractive and performance-based, collectively agreed remuneration, numerous benefits that make your everyday working life more pleasant. These include:

  • Opportunity to develop your career within an international environment
  • Private health insurance
