Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets and financial control, including forecasting, expense reconciliation, and periodic reporting.
  • Administer procurement and RFQ/RFP processes, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and thorough vendor evaluation.
  • Organize and maintain document management systems, guaranteeing accurate version control and regulatory compliance.
  • Plan and update integrated project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera, monitoring milestones and preventing resource conflicts.
  • Ensure governance and adherence to corporate policies, risk frameworks, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate tasks and dependencies across teams, ensuring alignment with deadlines and strategic objectives.
  • Prepare executive reports and dashboards to track KPIs and support decision-making.
  • Serve as the focal point for audits and compliance, ensuring traceability and proper documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Core Technical & Functional Competencies

  • Financial Management & Budget Control
Ability to track budgets, manage cost centers, process purchase orders, and reconcile project spend. Familiarity with forecasting and financial reporting tools is essential.
  • Document Management
Expertise in organizing contracts, maintaining compliance records, and managing document control systems. Includes creating workflows and ensuring accurate versioning.
  • Procurement & RFQ/RFP Administration
Skilled in preparing RFQ/RFP packages, evaluating vendor responses, and ensuring adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards.
  • Scheduling & Task Coordination
Proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), tracking milestones, and managing integrated timelines to avoid resource conflicts.
  • Project Governance & Compliance
Understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, and adherence to organizational policies and local regulations

Digital & Analytical Skills
  • Data Integration & Reporting
Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources, generate dashboards, and automate repeatable tasks for efficiency.
