Do you have legal experience and enjoy direct interaction with clients? This opportunity is for you! We are seeking a Pre‑Litigation Legal Assistant with excellent communication skills, strong organization, and advanced English proficiency to support the management of personal injury cases. Responsibilities • Ongoing follow‑up with clients. • Contact with hospitals, insurance companies, and police. • Handling a high volume of cases. • Prioritizing urgent tasks. • Coordinating therapies. • Managing confidential information. Requirements • Minimum of one year of legal experience. • Advanced English (C1). • Native Portuguese. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • Attention to detail and clear communication. Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (EST) (Adjust to São Paulo time depending on the season) On‑site – São Paulo #Legal25
