As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer III, you provide advanced technical expertise throughout the sales process, supporting solution design, configuration, and demonstration efforts. You collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align customer needs with product capabilities, contribute to technical responses, and support Proof-of-Concept activities. This role emphasizes deep technical knowledge and effective communication to facilitate successful sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical discovery to gather detailed requirements and understand challenges
  • Design and configure solutions tailored to meet specific needs
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate product value
  • Support Proof-of-Concepts and pilot projects, collaborating with internal teams to ensure success
  • Develop and maintain technical assets such as demo scripts and configuration guides
  • Assist in preparing technical content for RFPs and RFIs
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer insights and market trends
  • Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional partners to ensure solution alignment and effective handoffs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience with a bachelor's degree;
  • Strong technical skills in solution configuration, product demonstration, and technical discovery
  • Effective communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud environments, integration techniques, and software platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage technical details throughout the sales process
