Principal Go Engineer at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)

We are seeking a Principal Go Engineer with deep expertise in Go development, microservices, cloud native applications, containerization, and backend development. The technology stack includes popular Go technologies and frameworks for microservices architecture, cloud native development, and containerized applications. The ideal candidate will lead the design and optimization of high-performance Go systems, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineering teams while delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex backend and cloud native challenges.

What You'll Do:

• Design and optimize Go-based microservices for scalable backend applications.
• Architect advanced cloud native solutions using Go and containerization technologies.
• Lead backend development initiatives for high-performance distributed systems.
• Drive containerization and deployment strategies for microservices architectures.
• Implement performance optimization techniques for high-throughput Go applications.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across projects.

What we are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong Go expertise.
• Proven experience in microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Strong expertise in cloud native application development and deployment.
• Deep understanding of containerization technologies and orchestration platforms.
• Proficiency in backend development and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience with performance optimization for Go applications and microservices.
• Advanced level of English.
