The Impact You'll Make
What You’ll Be Doing
- Mechanical & Electrical design activities for new product development and sustaining projects to ensure robust and optimized solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D engineers and cross-functional teams to support fast prototyping and new concept verification.
- Drive continuous improvement in product design by generating and validating innovative ideas that enhance performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Analyze technical data and solve engineering problems to improve product reliability and compliance with directives and standards.
- Ensure designs follow internal processes, EHS policies, and engineering best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical & electrical design to deliver robust and optimized product solutions.
- Proficiency in CAD 3D & 2D tools (Creo preferred) and PLM/PDM systems (Windchill is a plus).
- Proficiency in electrical and automation software (EPLAN preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve product performance and resolve technical challenges.
- Knowledge of electrical/automation schematics and wiring diagrams to support integrated solutions.
- Advanced English communication skills to collaborate effectively in a global environment
