This person will be responsible for detailing the products to be developed, managing the roadmap, creating development schedules, and coordinating the resources involved in projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in product and project management, an understanding of technology and corporate finance or payment, and strong communication skills.
This position is available in these following locations:
Brazil: São Paulo, Belo Horizonte or remotely in other regions
United States: Miami, Flórida
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the product roadmap, detailing features and prioritizing deliveries
- Develop development schedules and ensure deliveries are completed on time while maintaining quality and strategic objectives
- Translate the product vision into technical requirements and help ensure the efficient execution of activities
- Participate in product definition meetings, with the ability to provide strategic input for roadmap development
- Have a critical mindset and B2B focus (SMB or Enterprise), understanding our clients’ needs and ensuring products meet those demands
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and that solutions meet market requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, required resources, and budget allocation
- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies when necessary
- Provide input on product structure and objectives
What we’re looking for:
- Proven previous experience in financial products and technology management
- Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Hands-on profile with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Fluent English
- Experience using IA is a plus
- Spanish is a plus
