About the Position

As a Product Marketing Manager at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), you will be responsible for driving product adoption, positioning, and technical enablement through high-quality content.

This is a highly hands-on role, with a strong focus on technical documentation, tutorials, and developer-facing content. Your work will ensure that developers and technical teams can successfully understand, adopt, and scale their use of our platform in a self-service way.

Beyond documentation, you will help translate complex product capabilities into clear narratives, use cases, and learning materials that support go-to-market initiatives, sales enablement, and long-term customer success.

You will be part of the Product Marketing team, working closely with Product Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing to align technical accuracy with market positioning and adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Adoption Through Technical Content: Own the strategy, creation, and maintenance of technical documentation, tutorials, and learning materials that enable self-service adoption, reduce onboarding friction, and accelerate time-to-value.
• Technical Positioning & Value Translation: Own the translation of engineering capabilities into clear technical narratives, use cases, and value propositions that support product positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Solutions & Use Case Development: Own the development of solution-oriented content and industry use cases that demonstrate how Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) products solve concrete business and technical challenges.
• Technical Enablement for Marketing & Sales: Own the creation of technical enablement assets, including product briefings, technical guides, and supporting materials for campaigns, launches, and sales activities.
• Content Quality & Publishing Governance: Own documentation standards, validation processes, and publishing workflows to ensure technical accuracy, reliability, and consistency of all product-facing content, being accountable for its impact on user experience, adoption, and support volume.

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of how modern web applications work, including protocols, architectures, and common infrastructure components.
• Solid knowledge of web development and frameworks, with the ability to build, test, and validate real code examples and integrations.
• Previous experience working with development teams and/or SaaS/PaaS technology products.
• Proven experience producing technical and/or developer-facing content.
• Excellent technical writing skills in English and Portuguese, with AI assistance for research, drafting, and validation.
• Fluent English for reading and comprehension.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience with Git and docs-as-code workflows for managing technical and product content at scale.
• Experience working with distributed systems, serverless architectures, or cloud platforms.
• Experience producing technical audiovisual content, such as demos, walkthroughs, and instructional videos.
• Experience applying SEO/GEO/AEO and content optimization practices to technical and product-facing content.
