Responsibilities

About the Team:
The User Growth (UG) Department leads Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s growth efforts for expanding our user base and building our community. We provide strategic growth plans and leverage various marketing, product, and analytical methods to achieve and sustain fast growth. The UG team has a series of mature product growth levers and is proficient in applying them to various businesses. At the same time, we also build new solutions to help the business achieve impactful breakthroughs.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for driving key metrics for incentive product operations in the LATAM region, including but not limited to user growth, localization, content expansion, and user experience;
  • Track and analyze regional campaign data to assess the quality and effectiveness of incentive campaigns. Deeply understand user needs and preferences by translating metric fluctuations into localized insights to inform and optimize product team strategies.
  • Develop & implement a 360 marketing strategy to drive user growth uplift. This will involve leveraging a diverse range of channels such as partnerships, go-to-market initiatives, influencer marketing, SMS campaigns, paid advertising, OOH, and more;
  • Closely manage regional user feedback for incentive campaigns, taking swift action when necessary. Document and analyze feedback cases to identify trends and continuously improve user experience;
  • Work closely and collaboratively with product managers, data delivery teams, XFN stakeholders, and regional teams to achieve ambitious targets and ensure alignment across all departments.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or above, preferably in fields such as Product Operation, Marketing, Data Science, Content Strategy, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in the tech industry, with a focus on areas like content creation, product operations, incentive growth, marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • English resume will be needed. Excellent language skills in both English and the Portuguese. Also, have a deep understanding of the local marketing culture, user behaviour and media landscape.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and communicate insights effectively. Experience in project management and data analysis tools is preferred;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and across various business units.
  • Familiar with user acquisition strategies and popular social media platforms, including but not limited to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), X, Instagram, Youtube, and others.
  • Team player, goal-oriented, ready to embrace change and challenges, able to work in a global team efficiently.
