As the Program Manager and Chief Storyteller, you will guide the design and delivery of key outcomes at the program level, ensuring adherence to scope, terms, schedule, and quality. This focuses on understanding the market differentiation of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) and what we need to do to continue to maintain and build our market leadership position in the Microsoft Services Market. This includes how we build our brand, our key metrics, stories and evidence, our culture and EVP and corporate citizenship – our presence in our communities. You will be our chief storyteller, operate in complex, often global or regional environments, managing risks, aligning multiple stakeholders, and providing strategic direction across change management and organizational initiatives. You will mentor leaders, strengthen governance structures, and inspire teams through influence, storytelling, and clear communication. Responsabilities
Maintain and build Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s market leadership in the Microsoft Services Market – owning how we differentiate ourselves and build value in our brand
Chief storyteller for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), identifying stories and projects from around our business that add colour to the market leading numbers that underpin our business
Partner with marketing around the world in how this translates into the programs that build our brand including 3rd party partnerships, content strategy and focus
Partner with HR in how this translates into programs that build our employee value proposition and culture
Lead our efforts in corporate citizenship including major 3rd party partnerships
Lead large, complex programs and initiatives, potentially with global or regional scope
Ensure successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and customer satisfaction
Drive engagement and influence across multiple stakeholders, often without large direct teams
Support channel development and participate in key sales pursuits
Act as Career Manager and mentor colleagues, developing future leaders
Manage overall program risks, dependencies, and adjustments
Oversee the development and maintenance of program and project work plans
Provide strategic direction for change management, communication, and engagement activities
Partner with internal and external stakeholders on topics related to culture, brand positioning, ESG, and corporate citizenship initiatives
Qualification
Skills and experiences
Strong storytelling skills including identifying content, packaging into assets and championing those stories across the business
Previous experience leading programs or large-scale initiatives, preferably in global or regional, multicultural environments
Strong ability to think and work systematically, strategically, and logically
Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and executing projects through influence
Excellent communication skills, including storytelling, executive presence, and organizational engagement
Experience managing customer expectations and complex relationships
Demonstrated experience applying project and program management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Good understanding of contract terms and interpretation
Experience or exposure to ESG, corporate citizenship, organizational culture, brand positioning, or partner ecosystems
Working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies
Clear, concise oral and written communication
English fluency (mandatory)
Technical background not required; experience in innovative environments or industries adjacent to technology is valued
