Program Manager

Job summary

The Program Manager will oversee and manage the implementation and optimization of JDE - E1 - Sales and Distribution within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and experience in program management. The candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless integration and functionality of the system to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of JDE
• E1
• Sales Order Management projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of project plans including scope budget and timeline management.
• Provide technical expertise in JDE
• E1
• Sales Order Management to guide the team and ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues ensuring seamless integration and functionality of the system.
• Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for project processes ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Implement strategies to optimize the use of JDE
• E1
• Sales Order Management enhancing operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to team members ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the system.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the JDE
• E1 system to meet evolving business needs and improve functionality.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets minimizing risks and maximizing resource utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction. Qualifications
• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management with a focus on JDE
• E1
• Sales Order Management.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and expertise in JDE
• E1 systems with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
• Have a strategic mindset with the ability to align project objectives with business goals and drive organizational success.
• Display strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement with a focus on enhancing system performance and user experience.

Certifications Required

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly recommended.
