About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with strong experience in REST APIs and Postman to join our growing team. In this role, you will troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to API integrations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve API-related issues, including request/response errors and integration failures
Use Postman (or similar tools) to test, replicate, and troubleshoot API calls
Analyze REST API endpoints, payloads, headers, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, etc.)
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Monitor system performance and identify root causes of recurring issues
Document troubleshooting processes, known issues, and solutions
Provide support to clients and internal teams through tickets, calls, or chats

Required Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in Technical Support, API Support, or similar roles
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs (methods like GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
Hands-on experience with Postman for testing and debugging APIs
Ability to read and interpret JSON/XML responses
Experience troubleshooting API integrations and web services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advanced English (B2+)
Spanish B2 is desirable.

Nice to Have

Experience with tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
Familiarity with HTTP status codes, logs, and debugging tools
Background in SaaS or tech environments
